Returns & Exchanges

Sports Madison wants you to be completely satisfied that your order meet your expectations! If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund (except delivery costs) within 15 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.)

In the situation t that the goods initially been sent at freight prepaid an amount of 10 € (VAT included) for Spain & Portugal Inland and 20 € in the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Portugal Islands, France and other EU countries will be reduced to amount to transfer. Rest of the world please ask.

Important: Upon arrival, inspect your shipment carefully first. If there is any loss or damage, please contact us immediately on the same day, take pictures and check on the delivery note any visible defect as "Received with faults" or "Broken". Returns by loss or damage are not accepted 24 hours after customer received shipment.

Return Instructions
For returns, please follow the instructions below. The easiest way to return the merchandise is delivering them by Post or any other forwarder company to our address (the transport is pre-paid by customer). If you are located in Spain inland, Balearic Islands or Portugal (excluding Canaries, Ceuta, Melilla, Madeira and Azores) and if you want we pick up order back, simply contact us to receive return instructions.
A Return Form (or other document like invoice copy…) must accompany your return.

Our Sports Madison Exchange policy is simple. Just return the items you don't want using the normal returns process. Of course, product(s) must not be used and in original packaging.
Clothing with serigraphs or flocking, and custom rackets are not possible to exchange.
At any time, simply place a new order (by phone or e-mail to for the new product(s) you want to purchase.
Once we receive the product(s), please allow 3-7 days to exchange product(s) by your new order.

To qualify for a refund, all returned products must be returned in their original, unaltered packaging, including all labels and tags. Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached – no pet hair, human hair, smoke odors, or makeup stains.
Footwear must not be worn and must include the original, undamaged packaging. If you plan to return your shoes, do not wear them after trying them on.
Shoe boxes, blade boxes and other product packaging must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them.
Sports Madison will refuse items returned in unsalable condition.
Once we receive the product(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 3-7 days to refund for a credit on your account.
Remember that shipping cost is not refunded.

All items we sell are warranted by the manufacturers against manufacturing defects. Please contact us if you believe your purchase is defective and Sports Madison will claim to the manufacturer.
To process a warranty Sports Madison need to receive the product (s) for evaluation, except for table tennis tables. Follow the return instructions, please.
We reserve the right not to accept any return, refund, cancellation or warranty use for any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over non-payment of a previous order.
